This beautiful chateau in the heart of the Perigord region dates back to the 15th century. Situated in the middle of a tree-filled park and bordered with boxtree walkways which overlook a verdant valley, the hotel has sixteen rooms and suites - some in the towers and some in the main building - that are spacious, comfortable and peaceful. Each is uniquely decorated with stylish period furniture, some having adjoining sitting rooms with fireplaces and wainscoting. The Moulineaux suite, in addition, allows for private access onto the dungeon terrace. All rooms have their own private bathroom facilities. In the pretty dining room or on the terrace, the cuisine offers specialties from the Périgord region (restaurant open every evening and some lunchtimes) . You will be welcomed with warm French hospitality at this delightful chateau.

The suites are great for families because they are spacious and have sofa beds.

The hotel's restaurant serves traditional cuisine. It is open every night from 19.15 to 21.30. The breakfast buffet is also served in the dining room. Menus start from 34 Euros per person to 59 Eu.

“Chateau de La Cote was lovely. The accomodation was good. The staff were professional and attentive. and the food and wine was excellent.
For example we ate out on the terrace (approx 10 tables) we all had food and wine in front of us a storm approached and it started to rain within 3 minutes everyone had moved inside we were sat at tables with tablecloths cutlery and the correct meal and glass on wine in our hands (that was really impressive!)” Rating: Excellent
