Located in a green valley at the foot of the medieval village of Conques is the Moulin de Cambelong, one of the last remaining water mills on the banks of the Dourdou, a little meandering river that flows into the river Lot three miles downstream. It has just ten delightful rooms, each with its own bathroom and independent WC, television and direct-dial telephone. Some of the rooms have a balcony or a private terrace overhanging the river. The restaurant that has a one star with the Michelin Guide serves an innovative cuisine created by Hervé Busset and is based on local produce (truffles, foie gras, fillet of duck, mushrooms, trout, crayfish for example). With its own swimming pool and extensive surrounding areas for walking, this is a very pleasant place to stay while exploring Conques - a World Heritage Site.
Family Information
Children 12 and over are welcome at this hotel. The hotel is situated right on a river that flows quite fast so it is not safe to have small children there.
Meal Information
Hervé Busset serves outstanding cuisine in the restaurant. An innovative chef who uses the best local produce, herbs, aromatics and wildflowers.
Notes Check in between 15:00 and 19:30 pm. Please advise us in case of late arrival. Check out before noon.

Cancellation Policy:
A 30% deposit will be taken by the hotel at the time of confirming your reservation. In case of cancellation there is a 15 Eu administration fee by the hotel. If the reservation is cancelled 15 days or less prior to arrival the deposit will be retained by the hotel. In case of early departure if the hotel is unable to resell the room, the total amount of the stay will be charged by the hotel. In case of no show the total amount of the stay will be charged by the hotel.
