Just 100 metres from the very centre of Grignan and in the shadow of the famous Chateau is this 19th Century Manoir de la Roseraie. The Manoir is a beautiful building in a spectacular setting and with just twenty-one rooms, a superb restaurant, delightful swimming pool and terrace, it is a romantic and special place to stay in this lovely part of Provence. Thirteen of the rooms are situated in the Manoir or main building and eight rooms are in the Mas which is an annex. The rooms are of several types, from basic double to superior. Set in a three hectare park full of rose trees, the Manoir offers excellent personal service and spacious, period-decorated rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms. Grignan is a fascinating little town with lots to explore: it is also a perfect base from which to explore Roman Provence and the many small villages in the area.
