Perched high above the Boulogne countryside, in the heart of a five hectare park, is this elegant 18th century château. Walking along the paths lined with 100 year old trees is a genuine delight. The hotel retains the charm of the original family estate and the twenty seven rooms (of different types - standard, quality, top quality and junior room) are all tastefully decorated and have full bathrooms. Some rooms are in the chateau and others are in outlying cottages and small farmhouse. Relax in the fireplace lounge where there is a very pleasant bar, before enjoying dinner in the conservatory restaurant. With views over the park and gardens, the restaurant offers an elegant and relaxing place in which to dine. Fresh produce and an imaginative menu using local produce is complemented with fine vintage wines from the cellar. The restaurant is open every day except Saturday lunchtime (menus from 21 to 55 euros approx). There is a gym and sauna for guest use.
