Hossegar, the location of this delightful inn, is just north of Biarritz and St. Jean de Luz and only five hundred meters from the ocean. Situated between the lake and the ocean, there are wonderful views from the inn. Using Feng Shui philosophy, the colours throughout the complex are restful yellow, beige, white and chocolate and the furniture is elegant and comfortable. Some of the twenty seven rooms are in the main building while others are in two storey cottages throughout the property. Some of the rooms have spectacular lake views and the suites have balconies overlooking the lake. There is a 6 km. jogging or walking trail on the property. Enjoy tea or coffee in the afternoon at the "De la Vera" lounge bar or on the terrace with its teak lounging furniture. There is a heated swimming pool and a breakfast buffet served until noon. This little hotel has received rave reviews from magazines such as Elle, Cote Ouest, Bon Voyages and Atlantica and has become a well-loved destination during its thirty years in business.
