Situated in the heart of the thousand year-old city at Mont Saint-Michel, the Mere Poulard Inn is an ideal location. The inn's atmosphere reflects both Norman and Breton traditions and the menu in its well-known restaurant is exceptional. The hotel has twenty seven comfortable rooms and one suite (some of them with exceptional views overlooking the bay) and all have internet access, full spacious modern bathrooms, satellite television and minibar. Some of the rooms have one large bed, and others have twin beds. Parking is available if required. Annette Poulard is famous for founding L'Auberge de la Mère Poulard in 1888. Today Michel Bruneau is the master chef at La Mère Poulard and founder of La Bourride (Michelin 2 star). He has dedicated his life to promoting the specialities of the region and furthering French culinary arts. Note that Mont Saint-Michel gets very busy at times - and you are in the heart of it here.
