The Château de la Bourdaisière is a magnificent fifteenth-century castle offering spacious and refined bed and breakfast rooms and apartments. Bourdaisière castle is set in a 140-acre park located between Tours and Amboise France, just an hour from Paris on the TGV - France's high-speed train. The castle was built by François I and was the setting for the program 'Joe Millionaire' on Fox television in 2003. The Château de la Bourdaisière has eleven rooms and three beautifully restored apartments in the castle and six rooms in the Pavillon Choiseul, all in the peaceful surroundings of a 125-acre park. All rooms have ensuite bathrooms with a shower and/or bath and a telephone. A television can be provided free on request. There is a large open-air heated swimming-pool, a tennis court and beautiful grounds - a perfect place for a special event - a honeymoon or anniversary.

One child under 12 yrs old is free sharing a room with 2 adults.
Notes Near the castle you can take advantage of a riding center, wineries, karting, hot air ballooning or even a helicopter flight. For half or full day excursions, visit the historical castles and gardens of the Loire Valley, sound and light shows at the castles or rent a bicycle for a leisurely visit near the Château de la Bourdaisière.
