In Mid Season the the hotel requires 3 nights minimum stay. Please note: rates not available during congress periods Hi Hotel is a new upmarket hotel created by Matali Crasset in a quiet area in Nice, 200 metres from the waterfront and Promenade des Anglais. This is a hotel quite unlike any other - it may not be to everyone's taste, but it is certainly interesting and exclusive and the staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are of various categories and each is completely unique. There are nine different concepts and 38 rooms. Our particular favourites are White and White (studio with terrace on an upper floor) and rendez-vous, also with a terrace. The hotel does not have a restaurant as such, but there is Hi-Food where you can choose from a self-service selection of salads and simple dishes, which is open 24 hours a day. There is also a hammam and massage studio. The Happy Bar often has video screenings and live music. This hotel is not really geared for families but there is a possibility to add a futon bed in some rooms to accommodate a maximum of three people. It takes just fifteen minutes to walk from the rail station in Nice to the hotel and is a five minute walk to many restaurants in the area. There is no hotel parking, but there is a secure lot just 50 metres from the hotel, Parking Palmeira, and you can get an advantageous rate as a hotel guest. This unusual hotel has been featured in Paris Match and several other decor/architectural magazines. News: Hi Hotel clients now have access to a private beach nearby.
