This small hotel is in the centre of Nice, a few minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and the old town. The standard rooms are a good size, with full newly renovated bathrooms (all with bath), some with views over the very pleasant garden. Most rooms have one big bed, but twin rooms are also available. Enjoy breakfast outside in the warm weather. The rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed all with private bathrooms, personal safe, minibar, satellite TV with international channels, and pay per view video. The hotel has a private parking for six cars and there is a public parking lot just across the street (Parking Mozart). In the summer you can take advantage of the shared private beach. Two of the best things about this hotel are the friendly and helpful staff and its central location. The hotel parking (~10 euros) is on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed, but you may stop outside the hotel to unload your baggage and park just across the street. The cost of parking there is approximately 16 euros for 24 hours.
Notes In the heart of Nice, 5 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and the pedestrian areas. The Palais des Congrès is 10 minutes away and the Zenith is 10 minutes going towards the RN 202 (ski resorts road). Treat yourself to the Jazz festival in the summer and Carnival (Carnaval de Nice) at end of February.
