Reopened in March 2006 after a skillful restoration, the Artus Hotel, in the centre of Saint Germain des Prés in Paris, is a delightfully contemporary hotel yet full of history and tradition. The twenty-seven guestrooms, with modern bathrooms, are simply decorated and furnished in the elegant modern style but with a warmth and sophistication worthy of this romantic city. There are twenty seven rooms and suites offering a quiet stay. Although similar in concept, each room is unique and equipped with a bright and open bathroom. The furniture is unique to each room type and only natural, exquisite materials are used: Arabescato or Carrare marble, wood, Murano glass and fine fabrics. An authentic and unique art object is displayed in each room : the mix of modernity and sophistication matches the atmosphere of the neighbourhood perfectly. Relax in the sauna after a long working or shopping day, or just sit in the lounge with a glass of champagne and enjoy the soothing atmosphere of the place. Many restaurants in the vicinity.
