Please note rates may vary over the weekends. This lovely 17th century castle is, today, a charming Hostellerie. Set in a four hectare park covered with trees, the white stone building and courtyard and two Pigeon towers are very romantic. Situated in the heart of the Quercy Blanc region, 22 km. north of Agen and 30 minutes drive from Villeneuve-sur-Lot, it is part of the Compostella route (GR 652 and 65). There are seventeen non-smoking classic double and single rooms, six deluxe rooms and a suite, on two floors, with views to the park or the courtyard. The rooms are equipped with full bathrooms (with hairdryer), television, safe, direct dial telephone and are tastefully decorated. Internet Wifi access and computer for guest use free of charge. You can enjoy a wellness center with massage and beauty center. The restaurant offers traditional cuisine using fresh regional products and the wine menu has many local Cahors wines. During summer, lunch and dinner are served on the terrace or in the park. There is an outdoor swimming pool and mountain bikes for rent to discover the lovely countryside nearby. There are special classes offered at the Chateau throughout the year: weekend cooking classes (3 nights), painting classes (8 nights) and many self-guided hikes from the hotel. The hiking program includes a roadbook and seven nights half board at the Chateau. Please ask us if you are interested in these activities. Restaurant with fire place in the winter season. Gastronomical cuisine prepared with regional products. Wine menu with a large choice of the best Cahors wines and also menu for Armagnac and Whiskies at the Bar. During summer season, Lunch and dinner is served in the Park.
