Located in St Joachim, in Fedrun island, Eric Guerin created this wonderful property from an existing local inn. The building was completely redesigned and extended with eleven new rooms, three of which are in a cabin suspended over the marsh. There is an air of mystery about this region, both in summer and winter. Enjoy the intimate feel of the inn - an auberge du parc - there is a summer terrace where you can hear the birds sing, a cosy fireplace, and lots of artwork. The rooms are delightful and have a country feel with wood and fine linens. At La Mare aux Oiseaux’s restaurant, the chef who has worked at many prestigious restaurants, prepares an inventive and gastronomic cuisine with typical products from the country.

For reservations of 4 nights or more if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival the total amount of the stay will be charged by Chateaux et Hotels. In case of no show, the total amount of the stay will also be charged including all services purchased upon reserving.
