This small hotel is in the countryside, several miles from Beaune. Because of it's isolated position, it is highly recommended that guests dine at the restaurant. In the isolated countryside outside Beaune and the Hospices, in a bucolic setting on the banks of the Dheune and just steps from the most prestigious vineyards of Burgundy, is this authentic mill built by the Cistercian monks in the twelfth century. In a lovely three hectare park, it has been transformed into a pretty, small hotel and restaurant, with ten double rooms and ten suites, all with their own bathrooms. Each room is uniquely decorated - some with four poster beds in formal style, and others with beamed ceilings and in country style. The rooms have satellite television (eleven of them are air-conditioned) and are simple yet comfortable. The delightful dining room offers a regional cuisine, subtle, light and creative. There is a heated swimming pool, balneotherapy, fitness room, turkish baths and jacuzzi in the building. Hotel guests are requested to dine at the restaurant. Half board option is possible.
Family Information
In the suites the hotel can put one or sometimes two extra beds. There is a duplex room with one large bed and two single beds on a mezzanine floor, ideal for families of 3 or 4. Extra bed for adults or children is 15 Euros. There is a special childrens menu (12 and under) which costs 15 Euros.
Meal Information
Gastronomic. The set menu's start around 37 Euros per person, and the Carte menu around 20 Euros. There is a kids menu (12 and under) for 15 Euros. Half and Full board options are available. The restaurant is closed for lunch Mondays and Tuesdays during July and August, and closed for lunch the rest of the year except for Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. The Restaurant is closed for Dinner on Sundays and Mondays, except during July and August, when it is open each night.
Notes Golf at 13 km. Horseriding at 10 km. Closest airport is Dijon-Longvic 50 km. Closest rail station is in Beaune 16 km. You must have a car to reach this hotel as it is in the countryside. Please also keep in mind that you will need a car to visit other restaurants.

For reservations of 1 to 3 nights if cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival the total amount of the stay will be charged. For reservations of 4 nights or more if cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival the total amount of the stay will be charged. In case of no show, the total amount of the stay will also be charged including all services purchased upon reserving.

Our suite was not in the main house but in a annexe. Although the bathroom as well equipped the bed was very uncomfortable and the room had no ambience, therefore very expensive for what we got.
