Once your reservation is confirmed you will be issued with a voucher showing full prepayment of your reservation Hotel Cardinal de Rohan is a simple and quiet thirty six room hotel in the historical centre of Strasbourg, very close to the cathedral. Sixteen rooms are designated no-smoking (rare for France). The rooms are not spacious but they are comfortable and are uniquely decorated, some with Louis XV style furniture and others in a more rustic provencal style, all with full bathrooms. Some of the rooms have balconies that look out on to the cathedral. The hotel is located in a pedestrian only street within easy waking distance of the Palais des Rohan. Today this famous palace is home to several fine museums. This location is exceptionally good, and the rates economical. Because the hotel is located on a pedestrian street, the hotel porter will carry your luggage from a taxi or your car. Simply walk to the hotel and request the porter to help with your lugguage. There are several car parks in the area and, again, you may leave your luggage in your car and the porter will retrieve it for you and bring it to the hotel. There is no restaurant at this small hotel, but breakfast is available. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance.

Notes The railway station (Strasbourg) is 1.5 km. from the hotel, and the airport (Strasbourg Entzheim) is 15 km. away. Strasbourg is steeped in history, and this is a perfect location from which to explore its many attractions.
