The restaurant is open from Easter to Oct 31st but closed every Tuesday. Half board options are available. Deposit of one night required upon reserving. L' Hostellerie, nestled under the Castel near the Belltower, is composed of several lordly houses originally built in 1554 and 1690. The houses were joined together to create this lovely 22 roomed inn. The inn is situated in the centre of the medieval part of this provencal town, with cobbled streets, fascinating buildings and lots of interesting artists galleries and studios in the vicinity. It is a peaceful, historic place where splashing fountains are found in the quiet squares and cats nap on sunny window ledges -- true Provence. The rooms are delightfully decorated in old provencal style, each with its own bathroom of course. There is a small swimming pool in the garden with wonderful views, and there are courtyards and a herb and vegetable garden. The restaurant, open every night except Tuesday, serves traditional French cuisine, and there are restaurants within easy walking distance. Breakfast is simple and fresh - pastries, juice, yoghurt, great coffee, and served in your room or in the garden. There are 10 parking spaces for the hotel, and other parking spaces a short distance away are also available to guests - cost of garage 8 euros/night. Comments from guests are glowing - highly recommended. Visit Seguret (5th century village), Sablet (hiking and vineyards), Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes de Venise, Carpentras - and many more.
